TERMS OF USE


By using the services provided by Best4Buy.eu you are agreeing to our rules and terms as outlined in detail in our policy section. It is of great importance that all visitors, customers and potential customers read these policies carefully before registration or placing an order.

It is the responsibility of the user of the services provided by Best4Buy.eu to view and understand the policies and terms of which they are subject. Policies will change and be updated and it is likewise the responsibility of the user to remain familiar with them.

All information given to Best4Buy.eu by our registered users will not be shared, distributed or sold to any third parties.

Any contract entered into as a result of a purchase on Best4Buy.eu or any dispute arising from a purchase on this site will be subject to the jurisdiction and laws of Switzerland. 

PAYMENT POLICY


Best4Buy accepts payments made by:
 

  • Bank Transfer
  • PayPal /credit cards/

BANK TRANSFER


The safest and most secure type of transaction, a bank transfer payment is a direct deposit from your bank account to ours.  
 
When you select the Bank Transfer Payment option at the checkout you will be supplied with details of our account. Please keep a copy of these details as you will need them to make the deposit.  
 
We will contact you within 12 hours of placing your order to confirm the availability of your selected merchandise.   For all first time bank transfer customers, we will also need to speak with you directly to confirm your account details and shipping address before we continue to process your order, so please ensure that you have supplied us with a contactable telephone number. Once we have spoken with you to confirm details of your account we will then be able to proceed to place your items on hold and continue processing your order.  (Please be advised that if we are unable to contact you to confirm your account details after 48 hours, your order may be cancelled.) You will then be allowed 48 hours in which to make the deposit. You must also confirm this with us by email and supply us with transaction receipt numbers in order to assist us in identifying your payment in our account. Please note that transfer transactions that are made anonymously may not be identifiable in our account. Payments that have not been confirmed within 48 hours are subject to cancellation.  
 
We must receive this full amount into our account. Customers must also cover any international transfer fees charged by their own banks and any intermediary banks that may be used. We are unfortunately unable to advice of these amounts.  
 
Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for bank transfers to clear into our account. Once the funds have cleared, we will complete and ship your order. 
 

CREDIT CARD


 
PAYPAL 
Best4Buy accepts direct credit card payments through www.paypal.com.  For customers who have a Verified PayPal account with a "Confirmed" address, orders can be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order.  A Verified PayPal payment can assist in speeding up the order process.  PayPal payments via an Unverified and Unconfirmed account can take at least 48 hours to process.  Please note that we are only able to ship to the same name and address as listed within your PayPal account. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com.  
 

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY


PRIORITY REGULAR POST SERVICE

Best4Buy uses BG POST (Bulgarian Mail Service) when shipping orders. This is priority regular international postal service. As BG POST work with EMS INTERNATIONAL courier service has offices in most countries and it is very reliable, affordable and secure.  We insure all packages at no extra cost to you. On completion of an order our customers receive BG POST tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of their parcels online. Please allow 36 hours for this service to become available.  
 
BG POST costs are determined by both the weight of goods and their destination. Therefore rates will vary depending on specific items. Shipping and handling costs will be automatically added to your order total at the checkout. 
 
The average delivery time for most destinations is 7 to 9 business days. While delays are uncommon, on occasion there can be delays of up to 20 days.
In this instance we are unable to assist and customers must contact their local POST OFFICE with tracking details to obtain information on their parcel.  
 
We will not be held responsible for any additional customs taxes incurred on delivery outside EUROPEAN UNION.  
 
BG POST parcels must be signed for on delivery, in the instance that no-one is at the specified address to receive the parcel, a slip will be left that indicates an attempted delivery and the parcel must then be picked up in person by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the amount of time their local post office will hold an unclaimed parcel before returning it to sender. We will not cover re-shipping costs and must recover this amount before we will send the order again.

EXPRESS POST SERVICE

Best4Buy uses SKYNET courier when shipping EXPRESS PARCELS. This is express international courier service.  SKYNET courier has offices and partners in most countries. It is fast, affordable and secure.  We insure all packages at no extra cost to you. On completion of an order our customers receive an SKYNET courier tracking number which can be used to follow the progress of their parcels online. Please allow 10-12 hours for this service to become available.  
 
SKYNET courier costs are determined by both the weight of goods and their destination. Therefore rates will vary depending on specific items. Shipping and handling costs will be automatically added to your order total at the checkout. 
 
The average delivery time for most destinations is 24 - 48 hours. While delays are uncommon, on occasion there can be delays of up to 72 hours.
In this instance we assist our customers and contact with SKYNET courier for details on the delay.
 

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES


For customers that require alternative shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and etc. we are more than happy to arrange and ship orders with these companies.  
 
 
We encourage all our customers to take great care choosing items and placing orders with us. Please always refer to the size charts when choosing sizes. If you do not understand the measurements provided or you have further enquiries about our shipping policy, please do not hesitate to contact us. 
 
All photos of merchandise displayed on our website are taken specifically for Best4Buy Inc.  These images cannot be used for any purposes without written consent from Best4Buy Inc. 
 
Please also note that Best4Buy makes every effort to ensure that the colors of merchandise as represented on our website is as accurate as possible.  However, colors may vary depending on each individual monitor that the website is viewed on and Best4Buy cannot guarantee that colors of merchandise will be accurately portrayed on every monitor.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY


All returns for exchange or otherwise are only possible on prior agreement with Best4Buy. We accept returns for the exchange of faulty items or items that do not fit.
We do not accept the return of change of mind purchases and we do not issue refunds other than with store credit.  
 
Exchanges are possible when we are contacted within 24 hours of the order being delivered and we must have the returned items back within the next 7 days.  
 
All exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.  
 
Our authorization of a return does not guarantee we will accept an exchange or credit. All returned items must undergo quality inspections before we finalize the agreement.
The item must be unworn with all original tags attached and in any original packaging supplied.  
 
We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless otherwise agreed upon.  
 
We must receive the returned merchandise and recover re-shipping costs plus any further moneys before shipping replacement goods or issuing store credit.  
 


 

HOW TO RETURN 
Customers who have read the above guidelines and wish to proceed with a return must immediately contact us at info@best4buy.eu on the same day the order is delivered. Please also indicate any desired replacement items as soon as possible or indicate you wish to receive store credit. If you believe you have received faulty items please also include clear photographs in your email.  
 
We will contact you with our reply within the next 12 hours at which time we will supply you with our return address and all instructions we require for the re-shipping.  
 
Once we have inspected the returned merchandise you will be contacted with our verdict and any further instructions for additional payments and any other requirements.
